Our Taekwondo classes are designed for young women in a safe, supportive, and empowering space led by certified instructors. Here, every kick teaches focus, every routine builds resilience, and every class fosters friendship and self-belief. At Shero, we don’t just teach girls how to fight, we teach them how to fight like a girl.

Pauline Lopez is a multi-medal Taekwondo champion and certified instructor dedicated to empowering the next generation of girls through martial arts. Having represented the Philippines internationally, she founded Shero to share the discipline, confidence, and mental strength that Taekwondo has given her. Pauline believes that when girls learn to fight like a girl, they learn to face life with courage, focus, and heart.
